Our Petra Star Hoopla Hoops are designed by our founder. She loves hoops and out of comfort needed to come up with a pair that wouldn't twist in a bothersome way. So, this is what she came up with.
The double hoops independently move. The earrings are made in a tri color 14k gold to match anything and everything. The ear wire is 14k white gold, the outer hoop is 14k rose gold and the inner hoop is 14k yellow gold.
