Production Times Ready to ship items ship within 48 hours. Custom and special orders require 6 weeks before shipping. Repair services take approximately 3 weeks. If you have a specific date in mind, please contact us at hello@petrastar.com before placing your order so we can confirm availability and guarantee on-time arrival.
Domestic Shipping Free domestic shipping is included on all purchases of $300 or more. Items valued at $999 or less are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, fully insured. Items valued at $1,000 or more are shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Air, require delivery to a physical address, and must be signed for by an adult upon receipt. Shipping upgrades are available upon request.
International Shipping All international orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS, fully insured. Shipping rates vary based on the value of the item(s) and the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and/or tariffs incurred at the time of delivery.
Package Insurance All packages shipped by Petra Star are fully insured for their purchased price. Tracking information will be sent via our third-party shipping partner, on behalf of Petra Star once your order is ready to ship.
Missing Packages If your package has not been received, a claim may be opened after the following waiting periods from the ship date:
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 7 business days
- USPS Priority, Insured & Registered Mail: 15 business days
Claims are filed by Petra Star on your behalf. You will be notified throughout the process. Alternative shipping methods are available upon request and any difference in shipping cost will be charged accordingly.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@petrastar.com. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the item is received back, a full refund will be issued.
