Appointments
*Linked by Love appointments take approximately 30 minutes and can currently accommodate up to two people per appointment. We request a $30 deposit to lock in your appointment which goes towards your purchase.
*Chain options are based on availability, if you have a special request please reach out to guarantee the chain you want.
*We understand things come up, if you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Removal
*We know, sometimes you have to remove your permanent bracelet. Linked by Love bracelets can simply be cut off. We laser a link that can be cut with scissors or a wire cutter, please do not cut your bracelet links, they are not always repairable.
*With proof of purchase we laser it back on at no charge, please save your emailed receipt. If you can't find it we can weld it back on for a $25 service charge.
*You purchased your permanent bracelet somewhere else, no problem. For a service charge of $25 we are happy to laser it back on.
