Linked by Love appointments take approximately 30 minutes and can accommodate up to two people. To confirm you scheduled date, we require a $30 deposit, which goes towards your purchase.

Chain options are based on availability. If you have a special request, please contact us to guarantee the chain you want.

We understand things come up! If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Take It Off!

We know—sometimes you have to remove your permanent bracelet. We make it easy! Our Linked by Love bracelets, necklaces, and anklets can simply be cut off. That’s why we laser a special link designed to be easily cut with scissors or wire cutters. Please avoid cutting other links, as they may not be repairable.

Weld Repairs & Reattachments:

  • Purchased from Petra Star? With proof of purchase, we’ll re-weld your bracelet at no charge. Just bring or forward your emailed receipt. If you can’t locate it, a $35 service fee applies.
  • Purchased elsewhere? No problem! We’re happy to reattach permanent jewelry from other shops for a $35 service fee.
