Victorian Etruscan Revival Necklace

Here is a Victorian Etruscan Revival gold bead necklace in exceptional condition. These strands are difficult to find in gold as they are more common in gold filled. Typically the lengths of these beautiful bead necklaces are a choker length that you can collect in various lengths to layer. This strand has simple gold beads alternating every two with a granulated bead. These beads are generally strung on a chain that is not gold so that it is more durable, as this one is. Typical of this period is a high gold wash that is applied to the jewelry giving it a higher karat gold appearance.
