Vintage Trillion Blue Topaz Pendant in 10K Yellow Gold
A vintage trillion-cut blue topaz finds new life as a pendant in 10K yellow gold. Dating to the 1980s, the piece features a triangular blue topaz held in a three-prong setting. We recently added the bail, transforming the vintage piece into a pendant with a fresh purpose.
