Your ring is worn every day, and it shows in ways you can't always see. Schedule a one-on-one appointment and we'll inspect it closely, clean it professionally.

If you purchased your ring from Petra Star, your check-up and cleaning is always complimentary. We recommend a visit every six months. Rings purchased elsewhere are welcome; fees apply.

What to Expect

• A close inspection of prongs, settings, and stones for wear or looseness
• A professional cleaning to restore brilliance
• Honest guidance on any repairs or maintenance worth addressing, with no pressure

Before Your Appointment

• Bring your ring, plus any others you'd like us to look at
• Let us know if you've noticed anything: a loose stone, a snag, a change in fit
• Bring any related documentation you may have if it was not purchased from us (e.g. laboratory reports, appraisals)
