This exquisite 1940s 14k rose gold ring showcases the era's signature fan motif, uniquely fashioned into a heart. The piece features a slender, elegantly set citrine complemented by delicate diamond accents. Adding to its historical significance, the ring is personally engraved with the original owner's name and a date.
