Genuine Georgian Paste Necklace Ca. 1800

This Georgian paste Cross started off with the pair of pear drops on each side and a jump ring at the bottom that appeared to be missing a drop.

We decided to make three pendants out of the one by attaching a sterling silver paperclip chain to one of the petite pears and a gold filled chain to one of the petite pears. We then removed the jump rings from the larger cross.

These are beautiful examples of the Georgian style and period and an entry price point to start your Antique jewelry collection.
