Victorian Turquoise & 10k Gold Pendant

This Victorian double-sided pendant features a finely handcrafted knot motif, set with a turquoise on each side. Both faces are identical, allowing the piece to be worn from either direction. A bail has been added more recently and appears slightly rosier in tone than the pendant itself. The surface shows patina consistent with age and the intricacy of the design.
