Petra Star Signature Belcher Diamond Ring

Belcher rings have been made for centuries. What is a belcher ring you ask? Named after a famous English boxer from 1800, James (Jem) Belcher, similar to a gypsy ring, the stone is set flush to the mounting offering a low profile. The height of the stone and the height of the ring are the same. There is a cup that the stone sits in with open air under and around it. It feels more like a band than a cocktail or engagement ring.

Fresh off the bench, we just set this recycled 0.56 ct Antique Old Mine Cut diamond in our modern made belcher ring made from a mold we made from an original antique mounting.

Available as a semi mount as well to set your own stone. Stone must be between 4.5-5 mm in diameter.
